Where do I park?
You have private off street parking right next to the cottage. It is not a shared parking space and it is yours exclusively.
Are utilities included?
Yes all utilites are included even high speed internet. Sorry we do not provide cable tv, but the smart tv will allow you to log into your favorite streaming service.
Lawn care is also included.
Can I book it for a weekend?
No it is only available for month to month rentals.
Do you allow pets
No we do not allow pets of any kind
Do you allow smoking or vaping?
No there is no smoking or vaping allowed on the premises.
